Given the nature of the transaction, the operation required the development of a complex corporate and economic framework. Andersen supported Audicom through a multidisciplinary approach, combining corporate law and Corporate Finance expertise to structure a reorganisation that is unique within the European JIC landscape.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
