{"id":29493,"date":"2025-09-15T15:53:37","date_gmt":"2025-09-15T13:53:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/it.andersen.com\/?p=29493"},"modified":"2026-05-05T11:48:21","modified_gmt":"2026-05-05T09:48:21","slug":"andersen-advises-supernova-in-the-acquisition-of-casetta-mattei-shopping-center-in-rome","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/it.andersen.com\/en\/andersen-advises-supernova-in-the-acquisition-of-casetta-mattei-shopping-center-in-rome\/","title":{"rendered":"Andersen advises Supernova in the acquisition of Casetta Mattei shopping center in Rome"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Supernova Group, a private Austrian real estate company with an investment strategy focused on high-quality commercial properties, has acquired 100% of the share capital of Aurelia Trading, the company that owns the <strong>Casetta Mattei multi-purpose shopping center<\/strong> in Rome, with the support of the professional firms <strong>Andersen<\/strong>, <strong>Dentons<\/strong>, and <strong>Gianni &amp; Origoni<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The transaction is part of a restructuring plan certified under Article 56 of the Italian Corporate Crisis and Insolvency Code and represents a new step in the consolidation and relaunch of the group&#8217;s real estate portfolio, which in recent months had enlisted the support of Andersen for the purchase of the <strong>La Scaglia<\/strong> shopping center in Civitavecchia.<\/p>\n<p>Partner <strong>Paolo Trevisanato<\/strong> coordinated Andersen&#8217;s multidisciplinary team. Partners <strong>Letizia Carrara<\/strong> and <strong>Giacomo Baldin<\/strong> led the professionals specialising in tax, financial and legal due diligence. For the negotiation aspects, partner <strong>Gherardo Cadore<\/strong> worked with the M&amp;A group on the structuring and implementation of the transaction, until the agreement was finalised.
