The transaction is expected to be completed in the coming weeks.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"391\" data-end=\"877\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">The activities of Andersen Italy\u2019s professionals were coordinated by partner <strong data-start=\"468\" data-end=\"487\">Letizia Carrara<\/strong>, supported by <strong data-start=\"502\" data-end=\"524\">Cristian Zanellato<\/strong> and <strong data-start=\"529\" data-end=\"548\">Marianna Casale<\/strong> for tax due diligence and domestic tax matters.
