The shares are being sold by the private equity funds Alto Partners SGR and Trilantic Europe.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1050\" data-end=\"1335\"><strong>Azzurra Capital<\/strong> is a private equity investment firm headquartered in Luxembourg with offices in Dubai, London, and Milan, focused on acquiring stakes in family-owned or entrepreneurial companies, typically leaders in their sectors, with the aim of fostering their sustainable growth.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1337\" data-end=\"1589\"><strong>The Club Dealers<\/strong> is a private equity investment vehicle founded by its founding partners, Carlo Mammola and Enrico Ricotta, prominent figures in the investment sector with over 35 years of experience in the venture capital and private equity markets.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1591\" data-end=\"1879\"><strong>DMX<\/strong> operates in the pharmaceutical sector as a contract developer and manufacturer of finished dosage forms.
