The firm worked jointly with Aorticlab&#8217;s board of directors to resolve a dedicated capital increase for all the company&#8217;s employees. Our professionals, following the analysis of the internal remuneration policy, worked out the suitable measures and incentives, drafting the corporate and ancillary labor law documentation.<\/p>\n<p>The measure adopted by the start-up includes short- and long-term financial and equity incentives: stock options, stock purchases, co-investment and restrictedshare units.
