It was assisted in the transaction by a team led by lawyer <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/it.andersen.com\/en\/professional\/andrea-ferrandi\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Andrea Ferrandi<\/a><\/strong>, Partner and Coordinator of the Legal department of Andersen in Italy. In particular, Andrea Ferrandi and lawyer <a href=\"https:\/\/it.andersen.com\/en\/professional\/carlo-riso\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Carlo Riso<\/strong><\/a> handled the drafting of the investment contracts and negotiations with the investor shareholders, the structuring of the corporate governance, and the amendment of the articles of association. Advisor <strong>Serena Quaranta<\/strong> conducted the structuring of the business plan.<\/p>\n<p>Andersen has worked with H2 Energy since its establishment and continues to follow all commercial contracts in Italy and abroad.
