The 6th edition of Legalcommunity Week 2022<\/a><\/strong> will take place from 13 to 17 June 2022. This international event for business and tax lawyers, general counsel, bankers, and professionals \u00a0is organized by LC Publishing Group<\/a><\/strong>, the international publishing group in the digital information related to the legal and finance sectors.<\/p>\n

Andersen will participate in the event with a roundtable entitled\u00a0<\/span>ESG FACTORS AND 231 ORGANIZATIONAL MODEL – LCW 22<\/span><\/strong><\/a>\u00a0about sustainable business and the governance tools needed for the sustainability integration processes.<\/span><\/p>\n

Partners Francesco Inturri<\/a><\/strong> – a lawyer with experience in corporate law and protection of industrial property, coordinator together with Francesco Marconi of Andersen’s Sustainable Innovation Desk – and Luca Rigotti<\/a><\/strong> – a certified public accountant with consolidated experience as a member of Supervisory Bodies for the Organization, Management and Control Model – will introduce the technical elements of the topic and then give space to the case studies of the guest companies.<\/p>\n

The guest speaker will be Professor Vera Palea<\/a><\/strong>, Full Professor in Corporate Reporting and Finance at the University of Turin, head of numerous research projects, and member of the Special Interest Group on Financial Reporting, Corporate Sustainability, and Capital Maintenance of the European Law Institute (University of Vienna), and member of the Scientific Committee and chair of the Working Group on Climate Change and Environmental Disclosure of the Italian Foundation for Corporate Reporting.<\/p>\n
