In Italy digital materials tend to be considered as non-economic assets.<\/p>\n<p>The article analyzes the most relevant <strong>legislative<\/strong> and <strong>jurisdictional interventions<\/strong> regarding cryptocurrencies (and digital assets in general), alongside following issues. Furthermore, it outlines the main instruments provided by the Italian legal framework for the <strong>transmission of cryptocurrencies<\/strong>.
