{"id":12657,"date":"2021-01-11T16:21:15","date_gmt":"2021-01-11T15:21:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/it.andersen.com\/?p=12657"},"modified":"2024-02-05T16:54:34","modified_gmt":"2024-02-05T15:54:34","slug":"non-repayable-contribution-for-lessors-who-reduce-the-rent","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/it.andersen.com\/en\/non-repayable-contribution-for-lessors-who-reduce-the-rent\/","title":{"rendered":"Non-repayable contribution for lessors who reduce the rent"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Law no. 176\/2020 (conversion of the DL Ristori) provides that in 2021 the landlord of a property for residential use that reduces the rent of a contract in existence on 29 October 2020, is eligible for a grant of 50% of the fee reduction, within the limit of \u20ac 1,200 per year.<\/p>\n<p>Specifically, the facility includes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>properties rented out:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&#8211; located in the High Voltage Housing Municipalities (identified in a list approved by the CIPE with Resolution No. 87\/2003);<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; used by the holder as the principal dwelling.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>lease agreements shall:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&#8211; outstanding on 29 October 2020;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; for which the lessor grants a reduction in the rent.<\/p>\n<p>With regard to the reduction there is no minimum and maximum monthly limit, therefore the lessor could reduce the rent to a different extent for the individual monthly payments.<\/p>\n<p>The renegotiation of the rent which from 1 September 2020 must be carried out exclusively by means of the RLI model, and any other information useful for the disbursement of the contribution, must be communicated telematically by the lessor to the Revenue Agency. There is no obligation to communicate if the reduction of the rent is stipulated with private writing not authenticated.
