{"id":12248,"date":"2020-12-10T16:54:45","date_gmt":"2020-12-10T15:54:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/it.andersen.com\/?p=12248"},"modified":"2022-09-30T15:42:32","modified_gmt":"2022-09-30T13:42:32","slug":"andersen-with-fca-bank-for-an-advance-pricing-agreement-and-tp","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/it.andersen.com\/en\/andersen-with-fca-bank-for-an-advance-pricing-agreement-and-tp\/","title":{"rendered":"Andersen with FCA Bank for an Advance Pricing Agreement"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>An Andersen team led by the partners <a href=\"https:\/\/it.andersen.com\/en\/professional\/maricla-pennesi\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Maricla Pennesi<\/strong><\/a>, Tax Coordinator for Italy and Europe, <a href=\"https:\/\/it.andersen.com\/en\/professional\/stefano-rossi\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Stefano Rossi<\/strong><\/a>, TP Coordinator for Italy and Europe, and <a href=\"https:\/\/it.andersen.com\/en\/professional\/giovanni-gallucci\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Giovanni Gallucci<\/strong><\/a>, international tax expert, <strong>assisted <a href=\"https:\/\/fcabank.it\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">FCA Bank<\/a> in the negotiations with the Italian Revenue Agency<\/strong> &#8211; Direzione Centrale Grandi Contribuenti &#8211; Ufficio Accordi Preventivi, aimed at <strong>signing an Advance Pricing Agreement (APA)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Andersen, in constant collaboration with the internal Treasury and Tax functions of FCA Bank, provided support for the <strong>Advance Pricing Agreement, concerning the infra-group financial transactions centralized at the Treasury of the Parent Company: the cash management system and hedging on interest rate derivatives<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The agreements, which have the purpose of providing preventive certainty regarding the criteria and methods adopted for determining transfer prices, comply with the standards laid down by the OECD and the European Union.
