Amedeo has been working for over forty years in the\u00a0<\/span>field of corporate governance, company\u00a0<\/span>assessments, tax\u00a0<\/span>litigation<\/span>\u00a0and due diligence, for\u00a0<\/span>listed and unlisted<\/span>companies.<\/span>\u200b<\/p>\n

He is currently chairman of the Ethics and\u00a0<\/span>Disciplinary Committee of ANDOC (<\/span>Associazione<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>Nazionale Dottori\u00a0<\/span>Commercialisti<\/span>\u00a0\u2013 National\u00a0<\/span>Association of Certified<\/span>Accountants), member of the\u00a0<\/span>Committee for the study and ruling of International\u00a0<\/span>Accounting Principles created by the National Council\u00a0<\/span>of Certified Accountants, member<\/span>of the Technical\u00a0<\/span>Committee for the ruling of corporate governance\u00a0<\/span>standards of ANDAF and\u00a0 member-secretary of the\u00a0<\/span>Examination Board for the certification of foreign<\/span>citizens for CNDCEC; he held additional institutional\u00a0<\/span>positions in the past, including those of councilor of\u00a0<\/span>the Association of Certified Accountants of Rome,\u00a0<\/span>Chairman of<\/span>the Professional Registration Committee\u00a0<\/span>and principal of the Professional Training School for\u00a0<\/span>Certified Accountants with the Association of Certified\u00a0<\/span>Accountants of Rome.<\/span>\u200b<\/p>\n

As an expert on the non-profit sector, he is an auditor\u00a0<\/span>for several foundations.<\/span>\u200b<\/p>\n

He is also a consultant for several companies in the\u00a0<\/span>energy sector, in 1974 Amedeo was one of the\u00a0<\/span>founders of the professional firm that has become\u00a0<\/span>Noda Studio and<\/span>now Andersen in Italy.<\/span>\u200b<\/p>\n
