Serena Quaranta

Serena assists funds, family offices, private individual investors, managers and founders in M&A transactions focused on SMEs and early stage ventures.

Serena has developed a wide professional experience on complex business valuations, for financial purposes (impairment test, PPA) and corporate transactions (such as contribution in kind, exchange rate for merger project, etc.). She also has experience in the valuation of intangibles with a focus on trademarks, customer and technology based assets, as well as in structuring business plans in a variety of contexts.

Serena has gained a wide experience in M&A and investment banking deals as well as to business valuation, with a particular focus on Consumer business and manufacturing companies.

She spent over 15 years in the financial advisory industry starting as analyst in the early 2000s at EY in Rome. In 2001, after joining Deloitte in Milan, she specialized in valuation and corporate finance for mergers and acquisitions, capital raisings, restructuring and squeeze-outs.
