Maurizio Di Salvo

In relation to advisory, his area of expertise covers Italian and international taxation, given his specialization on tax issues regarding national, European and International reorganization, in particular focused on personal estate planning.

Maurizio advises companies and entities in Italy and abroad. He assists financial institutions on the tax treatment of M&A, collective investment schemes, financing transactions and structured finance, as well as private clients on tax issues regarding different types of real estate, trusts and financial investments. Maurizio has an extensive experience in tax disputes also before Supreme Courts, and tax resolutions through settlements, arbitration and mutual assistance procedures.

He is author of many publications on Italian tax matters and is frequent speaker at conferences, in Italy and abroad. Maurizio served as lecturer in University of economics in Pescara, in the Faculty of Law in Bergamo, and he usually leads courses in domestic and international taxation in Milan for Wolters Kluwer and Sole 24 ore Business School, and for SUPSI in Switzerland.

Maurizio is a TEP, member of Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.
