His activity includes drafting transfer pricing documentation (Master file, Local file, and Country by Country Reporting), intercompany agreements, and supporting economic analyses (i.e., comparability and benchmarking analysis), in the context of local projects and global engagements.
Moreover, Francesco is specialized in the implementation/calculation of patent box regime and intangible assets evaluation.
