Federica is a lawyer specialized in civil and administrative law. She assists Public Administrations, public and private authorities, and companies both in and out of court (individually or in association), advising on Public Procurements (works, services and supplies).
Her main area of intervention concerns any need for legal clarification on tenders with a direct, constant and personal approach which supports the client in the management of the entire tender and in the execution phase of the contract. She also provides training services on the main topics of interest and legislative news related to public tenders.
Federica also has specific experience in Programs and Projects co-financed with EU resources, having held positions of legal advice and technical assistance at Ministries, Regions and Local Authorities in the field of public procurement and management of European Structural Funds.
Precisely because of this experience, the advice to companies is also extended to the activities of legal support related to applications for access to EU, national and / or regional funding and to the management of the underlying administrative procedures.
Federica also offers legal assistance to companies that are confronted with the complex regulatory and procedural system of the Public Administration, including the analysis of legal issues related to L. 241/1990 and ss.mm.ii., as well as advice in the drafting of Agreements, Memoranda of Understanding, contracts and Conventions between PA and companies, Project Financing and Public Private Partnership activities.
