Antonio Di Palo

Antonio provides accounting and tax services to medium and large commercial and industrial companies.

He is active in the analysis and management of problems related to direct and indirect taxes, determination of taxable income to calculate accrual taxes, preparation of balance sheets following the rules of the Civil Code and the rules imposed by National Accounting Standards. He also assists in the processing of ordinary tax obligations under current tax legislation in the area of income taxes and VAT.

He has gained experience in M&A and capital market, performing due diligence activities and related report and comfort letter writing, especially in the tax and accounting field.
