Andrea Menni
He mainly deals with domestic and international corporate and tax consultancy aimed at companies, holding companies and industrial groups. Andrea has consolidated experience in the valuation of companies, M&A and extraordinary transactions, corporate taxation, due diligence, and corporate reorganizations.
His expertise includes consulting in corporate governance, supporting top management in strategic corporate decisions. This area includes wealth planning for entrepreneurial families, the optimization of the corporate and patrimonial structure and the assistance to the boards for extraordinary and corporate finance operations also through the preparation of budgets and business plans.
He is currently a full member of the Boards of Directors and Boards of Statutory Auditors.
He has experience as a member of Supervisory Bodies for the purposes of the Organization, Management and Control Model – Legislative Decree 231/01.
He is a member of the Board of Statutory Auditors Commission about Model 231 of the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Brescia.
